The Banu menu brings to life a variety of different traditional recipes, full of delicately selected ingredients and spices. 

Although some dishes have a contemporary twist, they are still all prepared and cooked using traditional methods. Popular dishes include Zereshk Polo Ba Morgh, a chicken dish cooked with tomato and saffron sauce, topped with barberries and pistachios.
